GULDE 7200 V-control Ball Valve
The GULDE 7200 V-Port Control Ball Valve is a regulating ball valve designed for critical applications involving steam, liquids, gases, or the pulp and paper industry. It is particularly well-suited for the regulation of fluids containing fibers, particulate slurries, highly viscous solutions, and other substances with unique characteristics.
Main Features
- The rotary valve's V-shaped cutout creates a shearing action between the ball and seat for smooth, non-clogging operation.
- The straight-through flow path design improves the fluid flow capacity of the valve.
- The single-seat design, with a lower actuation torque than typical fixed-ball valves, offers the advantages of easy operation and low cost of the required actuator.
- Three seat designs.
- Double-seated to provide ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class IV shutoff to withstand severe service conditions.
- Integrated seat, provides ANSI/FCI70-2 Class II shutoff for high velocity and abrasive or erosive service.
- Soft-sealed seat, providing ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI shutoff, for use in applications requiring high shutoff ratings
- The V-port ball has a high adjustable ratio and smooth throttling action.
- Actuator mounting flange according to ISO 5211.
- High-strength stainless steel stem for heavy-duty and high-stiffness applications.
- A variety of packing options are available and can be easily adjusted without disassembling the valve or actuator.
- The sleeve on the stem ensures that the valve is durable, smooth and easy to operate.
- Split body ensures the coaxiality of the ball and seat, which is more conducive to the control of internal leakage.
- Splined connections minimize shaft and ball core air travel, resulting in excellent control performance
